Beside Abbey Lane Public School, this location features three hills without trees. After crossing the bridge over the stream there is a bigger hill on the north side of the park. The two smaller hills are west of the playground. The hills are a great size for little and big kids! There is parking available on the street.

Oakville Galleries is opening its Education Centre for an afternoon of family friendly art activities. All are welcome to drop in and explore the many artistic tools and materials on offer in our sunny art studio overlooking Lake Ontario. Challenge your creativity with a broad selection of supplies and try your hand at something new! From clay sculpting and printmaking to acrylic painting and button making, there will be lots to test out. Participants should dress for mess; no smocks are provided.

Follow the shamrock trail through the museum to discover all the fun activities you can do–this will be your lucky day! Make a four-leaf clover magnet, pot up a wee shamrock plant, and enjoy lots of other greet craftivities. There is also rumor that a naughty leprechaun has been in our historic house and played some sinister tricks! Help us solve the mystery using the clues he’s left behind!

Oakville Improv workshops are designed to develop improv skills in a positive, encouraging, and friendly environment. Our instructors are improv comedy professionals (yes, there are such things!) who have produced improv for stage and television. Our classes do not require any prior experience in improv or acting.
