RealMaster collects the following information:

• Website visitor information such as how many people visit our website and APP, where they come from, how long they stay, etc through access logs. The information is collected without personal information.
• Personal information. RealMaster may ask you to provide personal information such as email address, wechat id, phone number, name, address, credit card on certain pages in order to execute certain website functionalities.
• Non-personal information such as internet protocol address and cookies.

• We may use your personal information to provide the services that you request.
• We may provide notices to you via either email or regular mail. In consideration of the disclosure of the Information, including RealMaster Users’ and Users’ Clients and Customers' Information by RealMaster Users, RealMaster hereby agrees: We keep your information privacy very seriously and implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

• We do not keep your credit card or other banking information.
• We do not use your personal information to develop a competitive business with you.
• We do not sell or trade to outside parties your personal information.
• We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties, this does not include trusted third parties who assist us in running our business or serving you as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential like Real Estate Board, RECO, OREA, or/and CREA, etc.

User Data deletion:

We will delete user data upon request (via email to support@realmaster.ca)

Data that has been deleted or otherwise destroyed can not be recovered at any time. Sufficient warning is given to a user before data are permanently deleted. Data may still remain in the back-up files, which will be deleted periodically.

We undertake to perform the data deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will send you a confirmation once the information has been deleted. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance of the deadline.

RealMaster makes every effort to ensure the data is accurate and up to date. However there may be errors or outdated data due to TREB policy changes or school board policy changes etc.
